How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $35 have free shipping and under $35 have a $4.95 shipping fee.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipping takes anywhere between 2-10 days to all countries.
Where can I track my package?
Within 24 hours after you placed your order, you will receive a tracking number through email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on the tracking page.
Do I have to be home for the package?
In case your mailbox is at least 2.3cm thick and you ordered 1 or 3 pair of Baresocks, the package fits through your mailbox.
I received damaged or different items, what can I do?
We are sorry for this, please leave us a message on our contact page and we will make sure to send you the items you ordered as soon as possible.
We can also give you a refund if you prefer.
I don't like the item(s) I received, how can I return it/them?
We are sorry to hear this.
Since we sell worldwide, organizing returns will get too complex or expensive if we manage this ourselves.
Customers who want to return their item(s) need to do this themselves, but will receive a $3.95 cashback within 7 days after the return is received, through the payment method that the order was placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund products that have traces of usage or are washed. We recommend trying Baresocks on clean surfaces.
